Registration will open on MARCH 15th for ALL SERIES CHAMPIONS (aka Qualifiers). No email will be sent to you… YOU MUST LOG IN TO YOUR ATHLETE ACCOUNT TO SEE THE INVITE.

Below are details on the registration process and timeline!
 
NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP REGISTRATION SCHEDULE -

RD1 MARCH 15-18 @ 8 am MDT for the Regionally Qualified Athletes- Only those who have secured a regional series qualification will be invited during this period.

Regional series winners are ranked within the National Ranking and will be invited in the first round regardless of National Rank. If an athlete receives an invite ahead of you in the National Ranking it is because they won a regional series qualification.

Each Following invite round is from 8am -7:59am MDT

RD2 MARCH 19-20 (48 hrs) National Ranking Invites- National Ranking up to the posted field sizes.

RD3 MARCH 21-22 (48 hrs) National Ranking Invites- National Ranking up to the posted field sizes.

RD4 MARCH 23-24 (48 hrs) National Ranking Invites- National Ranking up to the posted field sizes.

RD5 MARCH 25 (24 hrs) National Ranking Invites- National Ranking up to the posted field sizes.

USASA does not send the “invites” to your email, or advise when they become available. The “invite” to register appears in your athlete profile within the above scheduled times.

Once a round of invites is closed all invites offered that are not accepted are forfeited. If you miss your invite USASA will offer it to the next competitor in the next round and it can not be given back to you.

If there are openings in the events after Midnight on March 25th, USASA will not fill these positions. They will remain unfilled and will not be awarded.

USASA has a no refund policy for all event entries.

When the Nationals invite tab is available (after March 15th) you must accept your qualification(s) when they become active. This means setting reminders to check back after each round to see if your invite is available. If you do not accept your qualification within the round it is offered USASA will issue it to the next athlete in line during the next round. If you have an invite in another event that you are waiting for you must come back and claim that position when it becomes available.

How do I register?

In your profile you will see if you have a pending invitation. If you have a pending invite, log into your USASA profile and accept. If you have multiple invites they will all be in your profile waiting for you!

Invites update every 48hrs and once the invite is declined or expired, it is forfeited and will be offered to the next eligible athlete. No exceptions
